The company is looking for expansion and other sources of businesses. They need marketing/business plans and an update of the company profile:
- business plan including internal communication system
- rationalysing the working steps using more Computer stations
- applying a minimum standard of hygiene within the C&C food sector
- recommending architectural ammendments in order to make working processes better flowing
- recommend new activity field in order to guarantee level of income during low season
