Client Profile:
The client is an Italian restaurant in Pristina that produces its own fresh pasta, as well as dough for pizzas. The next step for them is to produce their own mozzarella, burrata and ricotta cheese, in order to make their offering even more unique.
Tasks:
The main goal of this assignment was to train the staff how to make their own mozzarella, burrata and ricotta.
Results:
During the training, the owner of the restaurant proved to be very talented in making the desired cheeses. We even succeeded in developing tailor-made recipes. The next step is the implementation of a production line for these cheeses. For this, we started looking for equipment.
