Client Profile:
The center provides a network for various organisations in the work of handicapped persons, provides counselling and assistance to young persons with disabilities regarding vocation training and job finding, offers IT- and english-courses to empower young people from 14 to 35 years.
Tasks:
a) Providing information on Swiss experience with UN-Konvention for people with disabilities
b) Counselling work with regard to work with parents, qualitiy circles/intervision, advocacy-strategies
Results:
a) Official Swiss evaluation on the “Equal-treatment-law for persons with disabilities could be provided, including respecting links
b) Intensive counselling could be provided in the above mentionned fields
c) Follow up work of support through supply of wheelchairs, hopefully IT-ware in the near future
