Client Profile:
The client is operating for 18 years successfully a cheese making factory in Buenavista. Since December 2017 they have opened – next to the factory – a new restaurant with swiss specialties. They have asked the SEC to support them with a chef for the training of the kitchen employees.
Tasks:
Organise the new kitchen, make suggestions for improvement. Review and implementation of a new menu. Administration and implementation of calculated menu. Training of kitchen employees.
Results:
– Reorganize the kitchen. – Hiring new employees. – Training of kitchen staff. – Shift allocation. Overall a satisfactory assignment. More importance has to be given on the purchase of quality food.
