The client employs 30 to 35 people and produces energy bars, chocolate bars, coated biscuits and various chocolate-coated candies.
The following tasks were assigned to the expert:
- Introduction and staff training in hard-coating
- Development of chocolate bars
- Development of a spread
- New fillings on the basis of fat and milk
- Development of new chocolate recipes, dark and milk chocolate
The hard-coating project was accomplished with several new products which could be directly integrated in the line of products, with the existing machinery. The other products were developed to be ready for trials on a large scale, to start after necessary machinery adaptions. Recommendations have been made.
