Client Profile:
Small hotel in Jinotega – a provicial capital of a mountaineous region – known for plantig coffee and with a wonderful climate – making great efforts in Alternative Tourism.
Main problem was Marketing & Sales as well as internal organisation.
Tasks:
Establish simple Marketing tools, train the existing staff as well as Owner and his family and develop a strategy. Re-organise Administration and develop some tools – based on Excel – to have a better control of the operation.
Results:
A website went online while present and the work to register the hotel in the most important booking-platforms was almost completed. Simple policies and procedures were established together with some tools – based on excel-sheets. Staff has been trained.
