Welcome Malaika – our new Lead Assignments SEC
We are delighted to welcome Malaika Biedermann to the team as our new Lead Assignments SEC. In this role, Malaika is responsible for managing and coordinating SEC assignments in our focus countries. This includes, amongst other things, reviewing and approving client requests, supporting assignments throughout the entire SEC process, as well as quality assurance and follow-up work in close collaboration with local coordinators.
Malaika brings with her many years of experience in coordinating complex projects and collaborating with various stakeholders in international and intercultural contexts.
Throughout her career, she has held various roles in which she has taken responsibility for the planning, management and implementation of challenging projects. Her focus has always been on a structured approach to work, the quality of processes, and targeted collaboration with partners and specialists.
Malaika holds a bachelor’s degree in Applied Linguistics from the ZHAW, complemented by international experience. This combination of academic, international, and professional experience provides her with a strong analytical approach and a thorough understanding of processes. She operates confidently in multilingual and intercultural environments, demonstrating practical expertise in coordinating complex processes and collaborating with various stakeholders.
