CAMFEBA represents employers in Cambodia to advocacy and lobby geverment and trade unions at national level around labour and social affairs. As an employer’s association, CAMFEBA os am non-profit organisation. The most important tasks are: Legal und labour practice consultation, legal compliance service, training and development, lobby and advocacy.
The assignment was intended for the education sector with the following tasks:
- Review of the existing educational offer
- Introduction of instruments for the optimisation of the educational offer
- Orientation of the education department towards sustainable development
During the first two weeks, Matthias Stettler analysed the existing educational offer and at the same time took a closer look at the association.
Afterwards, he developed measures and instruments for streamlining and systematizing the existing range of training courses and developed a new strategy for CAMFEBA’s educational mission.
In order to achieve these goals, proposals were also made for the structural development of the association.
