The company was founded 2012 as a local construction service provider, specialized in mechanical ventilation, air conditioning systems, electrical systems and plumbing. It has been expanding continously and grew from a few people to 700 employees. They sought an expert to work on project management reporting and how to control materials and labor. They needed to have an effective Project Management Standard Operation Procedure in place.

- Turn this project management practice into a standard operation procedure in terms of setting up, managing, monitoring, and closing a construction project.
Based on a summary of all proposed process changes, it was decided after 10 weeks of weekly Zoom meetings to implement the recommendations for the change in standard operation processes. The management team is enthusiastic about the package that has been agreed upon together. The shareholders have also given their approval to have its implementation supervised by an external person.
This enables the company to create further growth and expansion in a responsible manner. With the opportunity for many Cambodians to earn a living.
