Client Profile:
The client is a manufacturing company in soaps and personal care products. During the pandamic years, production focussed on disinfectant products. 2022-2023 were restructuring years for production facility. During 2023, new brand development took place in premium skin care, formulations, packaging, etc. Managed by CEO, and co-owner, with small team (3) in the production facility in Northwest Cambodia .
Tasks:
This follow-up assignment focused on the next steps for launching the new skincare brand, including investments, production planning, and other related aspects. Additionally, besides assessing the current status of the company and its business activities, a significant part of the project work was to establish Boran Care’s daily manufacturing planning and procedures.
Results:
Designed a dual business model. Daily manufacturing operations in soap bars for wholesale sales in local & provincial areas, as well as necessary reformulations & assortment planning of the new skin care products; marketing & sales investments, HR staffing, preparations for digital marketing & online sales from Q4 2024; planning 2025; mntoring of CEO on management issues, HR and personal development.
