Client Profile:
Hotel and restaurant Association with different hotels and restaurants. Their main activity is to strengthen capacity of members, which are hotels, guesthouses, resorts and restaurants, in hospitality skills.
Tasks:
Provide on the job training on French cuisine cookery, including selection of ingredient, recipes, storage, how to cook and decoration.
Results:
Hygiene and recipes for small hotel and restaurant are worked out. Fresh tomato sauce, meat sauce, fish dishes, pizza, foccacia and hamburger breads, cake with pumpkin and various muffins. Of course the Birchermüesli and the Mousse au Chocolat could not be missing.
