Client Profile:
The client is part of the Cheese Republic Group in Mongolia, the plant is one of the seven “states” of the republic with more than 15 employees.
Tasks:
Start up of the new Cheese vat and the machinery of the former plant like pasteurizers, ice water plant, training on the job.
Results:
Good, the workers are able to produce, if they are following the formulas of the new products.
