Live bakery has 5 bakeries, 4 in Kathmandu and 1 in Bhaktapur. All bakeries have an owner who runs the bakery, and there is 1 overall manager. He is the only one with bakery experience.
All live bakeries produce the same bakery products with the same recipes.
Tasks:
Increase of efficiency, creating additional jobs and training of employees.
Live bakery likes to produce quality products but has not enough knowledge to reach this goal, thats why they asked Swisscontact to send a bakery expert.
Results:
I think that the impact of my work will give a better result for the future.
All owners of live bakery did agree with my way of working. Now they will identify 1 person who is responsible in every bakery, to take care of the way of working and of cleaning.
