Client Profile:
Private School from Kindergarten up to Secondary School, founded in 2021. The school is expanding strongly.
Sustainability is a focus of this new school. Open learning, individualization and project work is part of the concept.
Tasks:
- Further training with the team in methodology, didactics, basic knowledge in learning strategies, ethics, resilience etc.
- The role of a headteacher, working with parents, tips and tricks
- We organized two online workshops on the topics of:
active forms of learning, research, group work, basic attitude of a teacher, resilience etc.
Results:
High engagement and collaboration of the client including excellent work of the team. Implementation of the tasks.
The headteacher will continuously train the team in these topics. In addition, we participated together in an online congress on resilience.
Even though my assessment has ended we keep in touch, and we will continue the process.
