Results:
I provided many documents about leadership skills for headteachers, questionnaires for teachers, including basic skills, reflections about own actions towards kids, increasing parental involvement… It’s difficult to verify the implementation. Many times the collaboration was stopped due to the pandemic, lack of time, no access to Zoom. No professional training with the team could not take place. It seems the headteacher does a good job!
