The hotel is operational since 2 years and is already well organised but would like to increase the efficiency, improve the quality and be more innovative.
Tasks:
The expert showed how to develop a marketing plan and taught how to use social media and digital marketing in order to improve the brand recognition and to increase the turn-over. Several changes in operations have been suggested and management tools such as the “Business Canvas Model” and 10 year plan have been put in place.
Results:
The hotel has become more effective in sales and marketing and now has the management tools needed for long-term planning. A raise in quality for the guests has been suggested by planning a different scheduling of working hours and the change of suppliers.
