The expert showed how to develop a marketing plan and tought how to use social media and digital marketing in order to improve the brand recognition and to increase the turn-over. Several changes in operations have been suggested and management tools such as the “Business Canvas Model” and 10 year plan have been put in place.
The hotel has become more effective in sales and marketing and now has the management tools needed for long-term planning. A raise in quality for the guests has been suggested by planning a different scheduling of working hours and the change of suppliers.
