Client Profile:
GATE Vocationel Westend is part of the GATE Vocational schools with the centre in Kathmandu and started in 2018. At this moment only a Cook- and Bakery Course is given. They are planning to start the F&B – and housekeeping course from September 2019 on.
Tasks:
1. Make a short course for B&B and Homestay
2. Help to organize and improve the quality of the school
3. Help to make a lessonplan for kitchen and F & B
4. Help to organise the first National cooking contest of Nepal
5. Give information in International cooking
Results:
Workshop of the homestay groupe in Bardia.
Reading for young entrepreneurs in province 5 to start their own business.
Daily 2 hours of information of the students of GATE Vocational Westend.
Help to organize the first cooking contest in Nepal.
