The client is a chicken slaughterhouse with sausage production. In a week, they slaughter about 8’000 chicken and produce about 250 kg of sausages for the local market.
The expert has been given the following tasks:
- develop new products such as chicken burgers, chicken nuggets, chicken meatballs and new chicken sausages.
- advising and training of staff
- optimise recipes
During the first week, the SEC Expert optimised al recipes with good results. Second week they produced more then 20 new products/ideas.
Third week repetitions and degustations / testings with clients.
The client is satisfied and would like to have expertise again for a follow-up assignment next year.
