The client is a milk processing unit. The main activity is in Khorog.
Pasteurized Milk, Yoghurt, Kefir, Smetana, etc. are the main products.
Daily output is ca. 600 Liter.
It is planned to build up a Yakcheese production unit about 200 km north east of Khorog. This region is about 3300 meters above sea leven.
The project has not yet all permissions to start building up the process unit.

Most of the milk from the market was boiled, we could not make cheese with it.
Yak milk was available only twice and mixed with cow milk, we did not get a pure Yak milk cheese.
A cheddar cheese was produced with this milk.
