The owner of the school is a well known person in Kosovo. His many contacts give him the opportunity to be very active as an entrepreneur in various fields such as marketing, consulting, hotel business and also in professional training for chefs and waiters.
Tasks:
Consulting and help to set up a VET, vocational education and training school for chefs, waiters and finally also for Receptionists, based on the systems applied in Swiss hotel and vocational schools.
Results:
Once the finance, teachers, students and government authorization are available, the school can start. The need for vocational training in the field of gastronomy is very high in Kosovo. The number of hotels and restaurants is constantly increasing.
