Review the work and day to day operations of three main sectors directly related with guests: Front Office, Housekeeping, Restaurant and Lobby. Establish an internal quality system.
The above sectors were thoroughly investigated and recommendations for improvements were made. Job descriptions and checklists were established and discussed. A number of templates facilitating information were introduced. The menu cards were reviewed and changes recommended. Work procedures in housekeeping were adapted and staff trained to follow these.
