Client Profile:
The client is an English Boarding School, a small private school with around 460 students from Nursery to Grade 9, and 22 teachers. The school was founded 7 years ago by the present director, starting with 5 classes up to grade 2.
Tasks:
We tried to improve the teaching quality of the school by visiting many classes, giving feedback to the teachers and organising around 20 workshops with relevant topics.
Results:
Some of the teachers in the upper classes started to implement the new knowledge about teaching methodology and classroom management.
