Monitoring the institution, brief description of HACCP, demonstration about different food, sharing ideas and views, training for management team, staff and students, increase standard and quality of education.
Results:
Train staff and students in culinary art, kitchen organisation, calculation of menus. Overall goals regarding food & beverage production have been achieved.
