Client Profile:
The foundation located in Bhaktapur, Nepal is a not-for-profit non-governmental organization (NGO). The organization was established to provide quality, accessible and affordable healthcare services for women and children, to provide quality care, affection and family-like support to senior citizens, and to provide education, healthcare, shelter and protect children’s rights.
Tasks:
- Help the organization to write a sustainable business/futureplan
- Help to get connected with international donors and philantropic organizations
- Help to build international network
Results:
It was a remote assignment divided over 2 periods. The assignment was to draw up a detailled businessplan in order to expand the hospital from 60 to a 100 bed to a well-equipped hospital with expansion of departments and staff.
The organization is very motivated to implement this plan and would be glad to welcome Mr. Rob Staal for a follow-up assigment.
