Client Profile:
The client is a technical institute and is located in Nunthala, Sindhuli, Nepal. This school has a partnership with CTEVT. It is a non-profit organisation with 300+ students. The school trains people in agriculture,civil engineering and human resources and services.
Tasks:
Short term remote assignment: „To work as a master trainer and mentor for further income for students and school in combination with their practical learning“, meaning we develop and design income generating projects (IGP) for the departments of Civil Engineering, Agriculture and Service and Health.
Results:
The assignment team has been coached and instructed with project management, work methods such as MOSQUITO and conducted at 3 topics of IGP:
- farming
- key supplier construction companies
- waste management tool
