Client Profile:
The client is producing garments for the export to Germany and other European countries. They have two retail stores in Thamel, Kathmandu. The styling for these clients is very sophisticated.

- Improvement of the products
- Finding new designs
- Provide a concept for marketing
- Improvement of the retail stores
Results:
We could solve problems with pattern and workmanship. List for adjustments have been given to the client. The designs are based on the request of the customer, if the taste is changing, the client will adjust the collection design. We made a list of 50 new customers in Europe, USA and Australia and have contacted them. The retail stores need a new look and different presentation of the merchandise, the salesperson has been trained. A list for improvement has been handed out.
