Client Profile:
The client produces a wide range of solid, liquid and powder medicine and atibiotics for the local and export markets.
Tasks:
- Review the current setup of the SAP S/4 HANA system, which does not satisfy the customer
- Setup a project to correct the system setup to meet customers requirements
- Propose further actions
Results:
Based on the findings of the analysis, a specification for an overhaul project was compiled and sent to different potential implementation partners. The potential partner was selected and the order verbally placed. In parallel, internal optimisation projects were initiated to reduce the number of BOM layers in order to process complexity.
Scanning processes for the production were initiated to reduce manual data imput effort.
