Client Profile:
KUHS is a school with 500 pupils and students from class I to X and 2 classes of A-Level. 1 principal, 3 coordinators (primary, secondary, A-Level) 15 class teachers, 10 part time teachers, 20 staff for kitchen, cleaning and guards, 8 schoolbus drivers. The main activity is to provide education to children of age 6 to 18.
Tasks:
The expert has been given the following tasks: to bring technical assistance and support in the following possible areas: To provide training to the teachers for evaluation and assessment, improve the didactics in English language classes, further improvement of drama & music with new methods.
Results:
Improvement of teaching with suggestions in didactic and methodics.
– Observation visits with individual feedback – Trainings and meetings with teachers – No trainings in music and drama possible, because of lack of time
School management and teachers are motivated to implement the new teaching methods.
